Unless we are off on a weekend meet club members are on the hills almost every Sunday  generally leaving Kirkintilloch at 8.00am.  The club also has an active midweek 'Wednesday' group.

On Sunday 4th March  Steve reported:
Today's walk to Beinn Ime was excellent in improving conditions. So much so, we just had to go up Beinn Narnain too where we bumped into a couple of people we knew! Beautiful lighting conditions and a little powder snow on the summits. Roll on the Spring!
Thanks to the Kirkintilloch Camera club for allowing us to use their premises for our AGM on 15th March.
Following the short business meeting members showed slides. Tom's presentation
gave a look back over several years with the club and included his view over Stac Pollaidh from Cul Beag above.
John described a recent trip to the Sirra Nevada including high level camps and bothies. Whilst Steve's show took us to France, Wales, and Egypt as well as covering Anne Marie's last Munro.

Heather gave a short video presentation of conservation work with the  Glasgow JMT Group on Gigha.
The last presentation was by Donald. His slides covered the four year period spent with the British Antarctic Survey team where he worked as a mountaineer supporting geoligists. His spectacular pictures featured seals, penguins, other antarctic wildlife as well as 17,000 foot mountains.
